Your Mission

As a Senior Client Solutions Lead at Syntheris, you'll own the client relationship end-to-end: from problem definition and strategy design to execution oversight and measurable success. You'll be the trusted advisor who ensures Syntheris engagements create visible operational and financial impact, transforming client challenges into strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery and define strategic transformation programs
  • Frame and sell AI & Automation roadmaps backed by business cases
  • Manage delivery execution, aligning the technical and functional teams
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables (presentations, diagnostics, ROI analyses)
  • Contribute to proposal design and project forecasting
  • Represent Syntheris in events, partnerships, and panels
  • Drive expansion and renewals through trust and strategic insight

Your Profile

  • 6+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise system delivery
  • Skilled at framing business challenges and tech-enabled solutions
  • Exceptional communicator; comfortable with C-level conversations
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (French/Dutch preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and relationship-oriented
