Senior Data & AI Systems Engineer

Your Mission

As a Senior Data & AI Systems Engineer at Syntheris, you'll architect and implement data, automation, and agentic AI systems that integrate analytics, intelligence, and operations. You'll be the technical architect who connects data pipelines, automation workflows, and AI models into real business value, transforming raw data into intelligent systems that drive decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architectures (Azure, Databricks, SQL)
• Build and deploy AI systems (OpenAI API, LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex)
• Develop agentic AI workflows in n8n, integrating external APIs and context sources
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to operationalize models
• Set up monitoring, observability, and Power BI dashboards for clients
• Document frameworks and reusable components for internal IP
• Present technical solutions to client executives in clear, impact-oriented language

Your Profile

• 5+ years in data engineering, applied AI, or intelligent automation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure AI, n8n, LangChain, Power BI
• Demonstrated experience deploying agentic AI or complex workflow automation
• Hands-on, solution-driven, and curious about SOTA technologies
• Bilingual English + Spanish (Dutch/French a plus)
